This house is built on a steep incline. The landscape opens to the west and northwest, but the client wished for the entrance and deck to face to the south. The building frame consists of EPS ingot and is paneled with wood. The interior has three levels with sublevels to accommodate the sloping terrain. The basement level was completed with a future expansion in mind.
The building design combines the traditional style of type-planned house of the 40’s, that is simple and unpretentious with modern clarity. The layout and utilities are, however, modern and flexible.
The house will be completed during 2010.
