This stone house was built on the crest of a hill, on a fairly tight hill plot. The main building and the carport was placed as close to the street as possible to make the west- and southwest-facing yard as large as possible. A large roof terrace with a magnificent view across the valley is located on a studio building that is separate but connected to the main building.
The sauna, laundry facilities, and a multimedia room with a fireplace are downstairs, while living, sleeping, and dining areas are located upstairs. An insulated attic on top of the living quarters can be expanded into a hobby or living space, if required.
